Do I need all this testing?
Our approach is better safe than sorry when it comes to such a major financial decision. That said, older homes are more likely to warrant in-depth inspections.
How do I know if an inspection team will be available during my inspection window?
This depends on the time of the year, type of house, its location, and (most importantly) how far in advance you request a reservation.
Do you do 4-point and wind mitigation inspections?
Yes, your general inspector can perform both of these if requested. We aim to get this scheduled on the first day of your inspection window.
