- How do I know if an inspection team will be available during my inspection window?
- This depends on the time of the year, type of house, its location, and (most importantly) how far in advance you request a reservation.
- Do you do 4-point and wind mitigation inspections?
- Yes, your general inspector can perform both of these if requested. We aim to get this scheduled on the first day of your inspection window.
